The Cambridge House International team has been hosting the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference in Vancouver for 25 years, and is constantly looking for new opportunities to showcase technology and innovation in their events. They reached out to Promosa to provide Audio-Visual services for their 2022 conference, and to help them elevate their show with a fresh stage design and production management services. Building on a longstanding relationship with planner Aly Armstrong, Promosa was encouraged to be creative and bring a technology-forward stage design to the event. As a result, the VRIC Speaking Hall Stage has consistently evolved and become a trademark of the annual event. 2025’s show pushed the boundaries of design even further, debuting a curved stage with stunning 4K graphics and IMAG.
Promosa provided lighting, video, production management, stage design and technical direction for this annual event, drawing over 5,000 attendees from across North America. In addition to the Speaking Hall Stage, Promosa provides video, audio and lighting as well as technical operators for the various workshops and breakouts throughout the conference. In 2024 the event upgraded to 2.9MM LED walls in all of the workshops, and in 2025 debuted a ‘Mini-Mainstage’ creating a hub for our client to host his own keynotes when not on the main stage.
