VIVA CREATIVE | SIR CONFERENCE 

The client group executing the 2019 Sotheby’s International Real Estate Conference was enamoured with the giant picture window in the Vancouver Convention Centre’s West Ballroom, and wanted to feature the breathtaking skyline during their conference. However, they also wanted a large set of screens that featured their stunning 4K video content, and show it all with great clarity in broad daylight, something that would be nearly impossible even with a sturdy stack of very strong projectors. Finally, their vision was to have a clean stage with ground-supported screens and no overhead video rigging detracting from the visual majesty of the panoramic view of the North Shore. In order to achieve this, we built three 4K resolution walls in front of the windows and worked closely with Scene Ideas staging to custom design a ground-support system that allowed the walls to ‘float’ above the stage for a clean look.
